In a group or individual setting, facilitators guide your clients through the programs prescribed. Platform training by our team is provided.

WILL THE MOVEMENTS BE TOO ADVANCED?

No, the movements have been carefully selected to ensure that they are not too complicated or advanced, making use of day to day movements involving equipment that can be easily found in our daily lives.
HOW EFFECTIVE ARE THESE PROGRAMS?

The workouts are carefully programmed to ensure careful scaling and progression options to maximise the workout stimulus. Workouts are also programmed to ensure gradual introduction and progression phases to get users accustomed to the program.
WHY SHOULD THE ELDERS PERFORM SUCH EXERCISES?

Frequent exercise in one’s older years has been proven to be vital in improving cognitive and motor functions, with other advantages including improved sleep and lower risk of contracting diseases.
WHAT IF USERS HAVE A PREVIOUS INJURY OR AILMENT?

Caregivers or the users themselves can update it into the application and the service will then filter the movements and scaling options that are suitable for the users based on their movement limitations or ability levels.
HOW CAN THE ELDERLY BENEFIT?

Elderly users are provided with a safe and progressive workout plan that is carefully-curated with their different ability levels in mind. By working out and moving about more frequently, they can expect improved motor function and a higher quality of life.
HOW CAN THE SSA BENEFIT?

Everything is provided by the service and usage of the interface is very simple and user-friendly. Minimal fitness knowledge is required by caregivers as they will be carefully guided and instructed on how to safely conduct workout sessions for the users by the service.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD THE CENTRE RUN THE WORKOUTS?

For a start, 2-3 workouts spaced out evenly throughout the week would be a good benchmark. Thereafter, the frequency can slowly be increased based on how the users feel as they get more accustomed to the workouts.
CAN MY SSA RUN THE PROGRAM IF MY TEAM ISN'T TRAINED?

Yes. The caregivers will be briefed and guided throughout the whole process and will have to simply follow the instructions as provided on the platform when conducting workouts for the elderly.
