The Innervate Challenge Week
There’s no better way to kickstart the season for testing your fitness than to do it with the people you’re most comfortable with. That’s what the Innervate Throwdown is all about. Running this for the second time, this is set to be an event where individuals across all age groups come and spar with one another, solely for the fun of it. There will be various categories, ranging from the teens, adults to Silvers. There's something for all
Everyone whom has had experience in the #InnervateFamily is welcome to have some fun with us.
Mark the date down. February 18th 2017, 830am. If you want to see some awesome feats of fitness, make some time and cheer your favourite auntie or uncle from the Silvers on!
The entire event will last for a few hours. Participating athletes have to complete 3 workouts ranging from short, medium and long in length. This is not just a competition for the strong and abled, but rather, for the scaled and those who want to explore some friendly competition too! Use this as a platform to test your own fitness, get a good sense of how fit you are compared to your peers and to set goals and targets to get better at your weaknesses!
